1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of all services offered by wim22 on its website and online platform, including Sports Betting, crash games, slots, Live Casino, and any other products offered now or in the future. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3User Account

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials — including email and password — and for all activities carried out on their wim22 account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to wim22 support via live chat or by email at suporte@wim22.net.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, transferring, or granting access to your wim22 account to any third party — including family members — is strictly prohibited. If a third party uses your account, wim22 bears no liability for any transactions or bets placed during that time.

• Users must keep their account details up to date at all times, including address, phone number, and email;
• Wim22 may send important account-related communications by email or through in-platform notifications;

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Wim22 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL, symbol R$):

• Pix: instant deposits and withdrawals processed in up to 10 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amount: R$ 10.00;
• Boleto bancário: available for deposits only, with a processing time of 1 to 2 business days after payment. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00. Boleto expiry: 3 calendar days;
• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard): instant processing for deposits. Not available for withdrawals. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: available for instant deposits. Minimum amount: R$ 10.00;
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and other banks): available for withdrawals only, with a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50.00.

All withdrawals at wim22 are processed exclusively to bank accounts held in the name of the registered account holder, with matching CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. wim22 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals via the methods listed above.

Deposits made via payment instruments linked to third parties or through unauthorized means may be reversed and the account suspended for review. wim22 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial institutions when processing transactions.

5Sports Betting Rules

Wim22 offers Sports Betting markets across a wide range of disciplines, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Recopa Sul-Americana, and state championships), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and international competitions), volleyball, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and other sports covered by the platform.

• The odds available at the time a bet is confirmed are the final and binding odds for that transaction;
• Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except in cases of proven technical error or event cancellation;
• Bets on events that are cancelled, permanently suspended, or not completed in accordance with the official competition rules will be refunded to the user's account balance;
• Wim22 may, at its sole discretion, limit or refuse bets from any user in any market, without being required to provide a reason;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event in pre-match markets will be voided and the stake returned to the user's balance;
• In live betting, a wager may be declined or its outcome revised if the event that triggered the odds change occurred before the transaction was confirmed by the wim22 system.

Wim22 reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors, including prices published by mistake at values significantly above or below the market rate. In such cases, the affected bets may be voided and the amounts returned to the account balance. The user will be notified via their registered email when this occurs.

6Crash Games, Slots and Live Casino

The casino games available at wim22 — including crash games like Aviator and Spaceman, slots from partner providers, and Live Casino with real dealers — are supplied by certified third-party companies and operate with independent, auditable result-generation systems.

• Casino game results are final and cannot be changed after each round is completed;
• Technical errors during a round may result in the bet being cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance;

7Bonuses & Promotions

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance holds pending review, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities. wim22 cooperates fully with investigations into fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes in accordance with Brazilian law.

9Account Closure and Suspension

You can close your wim22 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing suporte@wim22.net. Any available balance at the time of closure will be refunded, provided that identity verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding violations.

Wim22 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
